The Newport News Police Pipes & Drums offers flexible packages for your event. Packages may include a single bagpiper, a mini band or the full band. Prices may differ depending upon factors such as time, distance, and special requests.
I would like to request one bagpiper. The fee for a single bagpiper is $250 to $400.
I would like a bagpiper with a drummer. The fee is $350.
I would like a mini band. A mini band consists of three bagpipers and a drummer. The fee is $500.
I would like the full band. The fee is $1000.
I am with a non profit organization and would like to be considered for a discount.
I am with a police, fire, or military organization and would like to be considered for a discount.

The band manager is authorized to negotiate and to make a counter offer. Many events depend on the schedules of the band and it's individual performers. Once an agreement has been made a contract will be forwarded. The band supports many cultural, city and department events and functions.
